How do you ship products/orders?
Pacifica utilizes a third party delivery service which offers you a fair donation rate to cover shipping, free on orders over $250. All orders are shipped via USPS so please be mindful of federal holidays.
How long does it take to ship?
It takes 2-4 business days to process and then ship.
Ex. If you place an order on Friday, it may not process until at least Monday. From there it will get packed and shipped out to you based on your shipping method.

How do I pay?
We have set the most discreet method of payment; unfortunately credit cards are not very discreet. For now, we accept payment via CashApp and Bitcoin. Please follow the instructions on the payment page in order to complete your order.
How long can items be returned?

Yes of course, we have regular specials and sales.
